Greetings, this newsletter comes to you with a heart full of gratitude.

“When you rise in the morning, give thanks for the light, for your life, for your strength. Give thanks for your food and for the joy of living. If you see no reason to give thanks, the fault lies in yourself." - Tecumseh

Gratitude

I appreciate the positive feedback that I have been getting for the work that I have been doing in Ministry. It warms my heart that people have taken notice.

It is hard to believe that a year ago I was struggling after an apartment fire and bouncing from camper to hotel rooms. I am very grateful for the Red Cross, Lutheran Social Services, Community Action Coalition, Community Development Authority, and the Veterans Administration HUD/VASH Homeless program.

I am in great appreciation for Mental Health Workers at Wingra Clinics who helped me through these troubled times and when my beloved Chewy-Bear and Hermes had transitioned. They continue to support me on a more limited basis as I am more stable now.

The V.A. Homeless program helped me get into a new apartment on the west side of Madison. That particular apartment did not work very well for me as it did not have a bathtub. But the management here worked with me and I was upgraded to a very spacious two-bedroom apartment with a tub!

Chewy Bear and Hermes gave me so much joy. They were truly a pleasure to be around. They made my life so much better and improved my health dramatically. My sweet boy Chewy-Bear was 14 and transitioned on Mother's day 2021. My beloved Hermes was so strong-willed that he lived to be 20 years old. He just wasn't into the idea of leaving me without a friend. He transitioned peacefully at the end of September 2021. I still miss them but feel their presence often.

My most amazing gratitude for this year. I could have never been able to afford to adopt a new companion and furry friend in my forever home. Hutch has been such a blessing. There have been so many wonderful souls that helped me to obtain this. He is a brilliant dog who just soaks up learning things like a sponge. He is around thirteen weeks now and is learning so many commands. He snuggles with me all night and when I first turn over to slowly wake. He makes sure to let me know how much he loves me.

Love and Light my dear ones, please reply to this email with what you are grateful for this year!

Repair The World Vigils

Beginning December 1, 2021

I have been increasingly frustrated with the depth of heartache in the world. The news seems incredibly focused on so many terrible tragedies.

I can't live with my head in the sand. So, beginning Wednesday of next week. I will be resurrecting my Tikkun Olam "Repair The World" Program. I had done one pre-pandemic and had the intention of doing them regularly. My hope was to do them from different locations every time. But because of the times, we live in. I think it is more prudent to do them once a week online. This will be done at 5:00 PM U.S. CST. I will provide a link in next week's newsletter.

Secret Santa's For UOM

AJ has been using a couple of Wyze IP Cam V3 cameras in The Wolf's Den. They are a nice wide-angle camera view for streaming purposes. AJ would like to acquire several of these for Unity Of Madison. If you feel called to do this. Let AJ know. Each one is around 45.00 apiece.

Communion & Prayer Needs

Over the years I have heard of many who were denied Communion or Prayer simply because of their lifestyle, or political alignment, as well as Church affiliations. This has vexed me for a long time and it is my desire to be the change in this world that I pray for daily. I am offering individualized communion or prayer needs. White-Wolf Ministries has purchased individualized cups. The wafer and the juice are individually sealed in each container. So that there is no fear of contamination! In the near future, I hope to host regular Communion Services for those who may have been shunned because of their race, theology, sexual orientation, or sexual identity. Contact Reverend AJ via the information in the footer for any of these needs to be met.

Prayer requests can be done in private sessions via zoom, or over the phone.

Homeless Ministry

WWM is looking for locations to set up drop-off points of items for the homeless in our city. Safe affordable housing is very limited in our city, the state, and our Nation. AJ White-Wolf has experienced Homelessness many times throughout his lifetime. It is his desire to be a lighthouse for those deep in the storm. AJ knows what it means to go through the dark night of the soul and understands the variables associated with homelessness.
