Good morning and welcome to White-Wolf Ministries prayer and meditation service. I have slight echo and I'm not sure why, but it is okay. We come to the garden of love every day to turn cloudy days into sunny ones by locating and finding for ourselves our daily anchor.
Take in a deep breath through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Another deep breath through your nose and exhale through your mouth. One more time, A deep breath in through the nose and exhale through your mouth. In the center there is peace, allow that center to become everything. Allow that center to embrace gratitude. Allow any disturbing vibrations to leave your body right now. Simply through the breath by breathing in and breathing out. We release those things that no longer serve us. We release our fears. We embrace our strength and courage.
We are spiritual beings having a very physical experience. Sweet friends in this upcoming segment I invite you to listen to the still small voice. If you need to express your prayer intentions out loud or silently, whatever is safe. As well as embrace positive affirmations as together we go into the silence.
(Moments of silence)
Thank you for hearing our prayers today. Thank you for lighting a light on our path today. That we would know grace, that we would know peace. Allow ourselves to lose those things that are negative in our lives. Allow us to find our true self within. Help us to appreciate the little things, the blessings. Help us to dream dreams, but show us how to manifest them through action and purpose. I invite you beloved to be very gentle with yourself as with all other beings. To be a lighthouse to the world rather than a storm, we can do this, indeed.
The light surrounds us
Love embraces us
Power rises up and protects us
That presence watches over us
All at all times is well
I love you
I see your blessed life
I appreciate all that you are
I see the incredible gift to the world that you bring.
