Greetings and welcome to The Garden Of Love. I am AJ White-Wolf streaming from the Wolf's Den in Madison, Wisconsin, USA. So glad you could join and be a part of this program.
Before we begin a brief announcement. As of the end of this month we will be discontinuing the daily meditation sessions and scaling it back to Mondays.
Let us begin.
Allow yourself to center to find your daily anchor. Simply by settling in, letting go, and letting God.
Take in a deep breath through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Another deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth. One more time, A deep breath in through the nose and exhale through your mouth.
Today, just allow grace. There is nothing we have to work for to attain. It already exists, so we just allow it to be right now in this place.
In this upcoming segment, find your true course. Listen with hearing, allow the spark of life to ignite your flame. If you need to it is a good time to express your prayer needs as together we enjoy a few moments of silence.

I am very grateful that when I am troubled all that I need is to connect with Divine Love. Know, and know that presence is with me.
Give us the ability to see that happiness is a spiritual experience of living every minute. Of embracing love. Accepting grace and gratitude. Give us the strength and the courage to make the best of all circumstances.
You are blessed and highly favored. there is nothing to fix and nothing is broken. I see you whole and complete lacking nothing. You beautiful amazing majestic creature. Go out and make it a good day. Make it an incredible day. It is very simple, just be.
