Pray for one another. Thank you, God, for the gift of prayer. The ability to tap into the source of all life. To allow the wonders of the world to transpire. Give us the ability to accomplish great things without needing credit for it. Help us to see the ones we love for who they are rather than what we wish they were. Allow us the strength to take care of one another in our homes, our neighborhoods, our cities, our states, our nation, and even the world. We have to.
Thank you, God, for answering prayer, for hearing us when we call. Some years ago there was a young man who had lost his way about to do a horrible act in Library Mall. I had asked the church to intervene. interrupted the entire service and begged for prayer. The congregation was led by the pastor to pray. At that very moment of the planned horrible incident. That young man called the police and asked for an escort out of the city. He feared for his life. Take care of your communities through prayer. Know that things happen. Pray for your world leaders that they would adopt policies that care for the people rather than money.
Lift up our heavy hearts o God. Call forward the workers to accomplish great and mighty things.
