The joy of everything that is in our heart's space right now. as together another deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

So grateful for this day, for the ability to connect with the center. To be able to listen with hearing to all that has to be said, to know when to shut up and sit down.

Oh Beloved, see your peace candle right now. trim the wick removing yesterday's prayers and concerns. remove the cut wick from your candle. Now go ahead and light your candle from the spark of life. With new prayers and affirmations for the day as we move along into greater things.

Increase our ability to always speak the truth in love. help us to grow up and become an intricate part of our culture, our neighborhoods, and our society. Help us to be that entity that is remembered as one of the most patient people on the planet.

The journey never ends so let us continue. Let us grow. Let us improve. Let us live in this moment.

Beloved I invite you in this upcoming part to listen to the still small voice, as well as express any affirmations or prayer needs as together we go into the silence.

(silent meditative music)

Thank you, God, for answering these prayer needs today. For allowing us to hear. Show us the revelation today. That peace is always here where we are. It is the drama of others that takes it away.

Help us to never stop playing so that we never really grow old.

Be very gentle with yourself today, and practice kindness with yourself and with others. Become that light that shines in the day or the night. One that is always seen at all times.

Surround us with the light
Enfold us with the love
Protect us with the power
Watch over us with the presence
Show us that wherever we are, you are there, and all is well.

Allos us to love and to be loved
to see the blessings all around us
to appreciate everyone
To behold the incredible give within ourselves to bless the world.

15 but speaking the truth in love, we must grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, 16 from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by every ligament with which it is equipped, as each part is working properly, promotes the body’s growth in building itself up in love.
  • Antonio Brown
The journey is never ending. There's always gonna be growth, improvement, adversity; you just gotta take it all in and do what's right, continue to grow, continue to live in the moment.

  • George Bernard Shaw
