Greetings beloved, and welcome to The Garden Of Love.
I am AJ White-Wolf streaming from the Wolf's Den in Madison, Wisconsin, USA. I will be your facilitator for this guided meditation. Let us begin.
We seek our truth today to locate and find for ourselves in meditation our daily anchor. That force that grounds us for the entire day and shows us that we are okay.
Please find a comfortable position, one that works for you.
Take in a deep breath through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Another deep breath through the nose and exhale through the mouth. One more time, A deep breath through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Settle into grace, God's love is here right now in this sacred virtual space.
I have a tremendous sense of gratitude today. Each day, every little sliver of a problem whittled away. They really are just slivers that get under your skin. I am grateful that I am able to remove them and allow peace. So thank you God for all that is.
Visualize your peace candle whatever color, size, shape, or form. Now trim the wick and remove the problems of yesterday. Light your peace candle with the sacred flame of life. Allow it to dance in your heart space this morning. Allow joy, and peace, and celebration today.

There is A God in heaven who reveals mysteries
We need not get hung up on the language on whether or not there is a heaven. I do believe that God reveals the mysteries. Allow grace to settle in. Allow the mystery of God revealed to you through grace, peace, and abundance.
A Christian reveals true humility by showing the gentleness of Christ, by being always ready to help others, by speaking kind words and performing unselfish acts, which elevate and ennoble the most sacred message that has come to our world.

Someone said adversity builds character, but someone else said adversity reveals character. I'm pleasantly surprised with my resilience. I persevere, and not just blindly. I take the best, get rid of the rest, and move on, realizing that you can make a choice to take the good.

Be so very kind with yourself. Find your peace of mind, relax. Let go of those things that do not serve you today. Maybe look into another human being's eyes and tell them you see them.
