Greetings beloved, and welcome to The Garden Of Love.

I am AJ White-Wolf in and I will be your facilitator for this guided meditation.

Let us come together and find our daily anchor. To be grounded for the day. To prevent any madness from encroaching on our lives. That is the key to meditation. To prevent things rather than react to in prayer.

Please find a comfortable position. One that works for you. One that allows you to connect with Divine Love.

Let us take in a deep breath through our nose and exhale through our mouth. Another deep breath in through our nose and exhale through our mouth. We breathe in the wonderful experience and powerful presence, the awesome activity of God through our nose, releasing all that no longer serves us through our mouth.

I invite you to visualize your peace candle at this time. That we would settle into grace. That we would allow peace. That we would know abundance.

Be sure you put your feet in the right place, then stand firm.

Abraham Lincoln

Today we set our feet in the right place in the center. We allow the still small voice to speak to us in mighty powerful ways. We allow the activity of God to flow through us right now. Thank you God, Thank you God, Thank you God.

I give you a moment to contemplate on whatever may be a heavy burden or a celebration. Allow your core to speak your truth right now.

I am a light, I am a light in the world. I shine so bright. I am the light. I am the light of God. I shine oh so bright.

Together we visualize a world that works for all. A world where peace that already exists, that already permeates everything is revealed. A world where men who bring troubles and war to other nations. Would learn to get along with one another. Peace be still and know I am God. Peace be still and know I am God. May none suffer, may all be fed, may all receive clothing and housing for their needs are met right now. Thank you God. Thank you God. Thank you God.

We allow our home to be peace so that when we leave we carry that peace with us. We do not fight or strife with others. We are kind to the stranger in such a way that is the same as we are to our best buddies. Thank you God for the abilities to do these things. Beloved whatever works for you in this upcoming segment I invite you to do so. To seek out your own flame, as together we step off into the silence.

(Ten minutes of silent meditative music, followed by five minutes of complete silence.)

Gently bring yourself back to the room in five, four, three, two, one. Welcome Back.

Perhaps I am stronger than I think.

Thomas Merton

Dear ones there is no perhaps. I know as a result of going through my own troubled times. as a result of going through my own dark night of the soul. That I am stronger than I think. Please know that you are above any situation that rises against you. You have the ability to adapt and to overcome any situation that is adversely affecting your life. Truly we are amazing creatures. Spiritual beings having a very physical experience. I invite you to just let the light shine into your temple. To fill your space with light and love. use meditation on a daily basis for your compass to allow you to find your way.

Be gentle with yourself today, be very kind with you. When you encounter others, be kind to them too. You got this. You are magnificent and you are way more stronger than you think. You are a blessed child of God.

The light of God surrounds us.
The love of God enfolds us.
The power of God protects us.
The presence of God watches over us.
Wherever we are, God is, and all is well.

I love you. I bless you.
I appreciate you.
I behold the incredible gift to the world that you are.

Thank you for your presence today in the Garden Of Love. I am AJ White-Wolf it has been my pleasure to serve you today. We close this session with incredible amounts of joy pouring over from our cup. We know peace today. We embrace love. But more than anything we recognize as Thomas Merton said we are stronger than we think. Go in peace beloved and namaste
