Volume Three | Episode Forty-Six | Session Two Hundred-Sixteen
Greetings beloved, and welcome to The Garden Of Love.
I am AJ White-Wolf in and I will be your facilitator for this guided meditation as I come to you from the Wolf's Den in Madison Wisconsin.
Come beloved let us find our daily anchor. Together we can find that sweet spot that holds us steady for the rest of the day. Please find a comfortable position. One that works for you. Some in meditation even do what is called prayer walking, others are more comfortable just sitting with their feet firmly on the floor. All methods are acceptable for connecting with Divine Love.
Let us awaken to the awesome activity of God. A deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Another deep breath through the nose and exhale through the mouth. One more time, a wonderful deep breath in through the nose and exhale through your mouth.
visualize your peace candle before you flickering. Allowing you to be at peace. Allowing you to see that there is nothing to fix. You are whole, you are complete. You are everything today.
Just settle into grace right now. Allow grace to comfort you. Allow peace to be seen right now where you are. We are abundantly rich in the spirit.
Nobody in life gets exactly what they thought they were going to get. But if you work really hard and you're kind, amazing things will happen.
Allow us the strength and the energy to work hard at whatever it is that is in our heart space. Incidentally, working hard might even be working hard on retirement or working hard in retirement. Just relaxing and loving life. it is your definition for this. I am convinced that practicing kindness allows amazing things to happen. For this I am very grateful for such a mysterious teaching to come into my life.
We hold the entire sphere of the world in sacred space. so many nations at war with one another. so many people's at war with one another. We say to the earth to the whole world. To everyone lay down your swords. Peace be still and know, know peace. throughout our lands, around the entire world. Just allow people to find their way to peace.
As we step off into meditation I ask you to not concentrate or focus on any one thing. But if something comes up, say hello to it, process it, and file it away. At any time if you are going to far, a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth will bring you right back. As together you and I go ahead and step off into the silence.
(Ten minutes of silent meditative music, followed by five minutes of complete silence.)
Gently bring yourself back to the room in five, four, three, two, one. Welcome Back.
Isn't prayer and mediation absolutely lovely?
When you're true to who you are, amazing things happen.
As you continue on your day be true to who you are. Have confidence in who you are. Believe in your abilities and go after your dreams.
Please be very, very gentle with yourself so that you may be gentle with others. By all means through that process be a lighthouse to the world rather than a storm.
The light of God surrounds us.
The love of God enfolds us.
The power of God protects us.
The presence of God watches over us.
Wherever we are, God is, and all is well.
