Greetings beloved, and welcome to the White-Wolf Ministries meditation podcast - The Garden Of Love.

I am AJ White-Wolf and I will be your facilitator in this guided meditation.

During this program, I invite you to do whatever works for you to connect to the Divine spark within. 

If you have one, I invite you to light your peace candle at this time. Say "Peace be still, peace be still.

Thank you Divine love for revealing to us your presence today.

Please find a comfortable position and take in a deep breath through your nose, and exhale whatever it took to get here through your mouth. One more time, a very deep breath through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Awaken to the awesome activity of God simply by taking another deep breath in through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

May grace, peace, and abundance be your revelation today. Let us help each other find our daily anchor. so that we in turn may be able to help others in the world to find their daily anchor. 

When you are balanced and when you listen and attend to the needs of your body, mind, and spirit, your natural beauty comes out.

O beautiful soul, know that you are a beautiful, beautiful human being. Your natural beauty is invited to come out right now. as we learn to listen to the needs of the body, the mind, and the spirit. I invite you to explore these things for a moment. 

I send my love over the mountains, I send my love over the sea, I send my love into the heavens and it returns to me. 

Oh beloved, allow yourself to love you today, to care for you today. So that you may find your peace, may find your center. Throughout your day I invite you to be mindful of your body, your mind, and your spirit. Hold them in sacred space and listen with hearing to what those three components are speaking to you. Today is about balance and the fullness of balance. We pray for world peace and world balance, we pray that more would pray for peace. We ask that more would be diligent every day for peace. Peace already exists beloved, it is a matter of removing the noise that is blocking us from an already current thing taking place. That is peace, I invite you to discover right now what that peace is as we step off into the silence.

(Ten minutes of silent meditative music, followed by five minutes of complete silence.)

I learned a few years ago that balance is the key to a happy and successful life, and a huge part of achieving that balance is to instill rituals into your everyday life - a nutritious balanced diet, daily exercise, time for yourself through meditation, reading, journaling, yoga, daily reflection, and setting goals.

We need to be good to ourselves through these methods. So that we can have a happy and a successful life. I invite you to implement daily rituals that include a good nutritious balanced diet, that includes daily exercise, and time for yourself. Through your own methods of meditation, reading, or journalism. Whatever works for you beloved. find yourself today. find a way to stop trying to change the wind, but adjust your sails. Be a lighthouse to the world rather than a storm. It is all we got, we can give this away freely to each other. It doesn't cost a thing. 

The light of God surrounds us.
The love of God enfolds us.
The power of God protects us.
The presence of God watches over us.
Wherever we are, God is, and all is well.
