Greetings beloved, and welcome to the White-Wolf Ministries Meditation podcast - The Garden Of Love.
I am AJ White-Wolf and I will be your facilitator in this guided meditation.
If you have one, I invite you to light your peace candle at this time and say peace be still.
We trim the wick every day so that we may be able to locate our center. To light the flame my friend is to seek guidance and wisdom from that still small voice within. It truly is our daily anchor, I am so grateful to spend this time in the center. I am so grateful that I have learned how to sit in the center. Allow your heart space right now to do the magick. There is nothing to work for to obtain peace. It is already there. In the center I found love.
What does it look like for you to find grace and peace? How can you love yourself just a little bit more today? So that you may give yourself strength. What does it look like for you? To love yourself so deeply that it creates courage. Ponder these things for a moment.
Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage.
Take in a deep breath through your nose and exhale through the mouth. Another deep breath through the nose and exhale through the mouth. One more time, A very deep breath through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Visualize with me world peace. A world that works for everyone. A world where leaders learn to lay down their swords and to care for their neighbors rather than invade them. Impress upon the world that we need each other. That no one, no one in this entire world is more important than anyone else. We are the ocean, we are the sky. We are the beautiful earth, we are the cosmos.
Friends in this upcoming segment find a way for you to just sit in the silence.
(Ten minutes of silent meditative music, followed by five minutes of complete silence.)
Gently bring yourself back to the room in five, four, three, two, one. Welcome Back.
Life is the flower for which love is the honey.
That is a quote by Victor Hugo, not Bob Hope. I cannot believe that I messed that up.
Friends this is an example of being good to yourself, being gentle with yourself when you make a mistake. It is ok, you and I are human. Just move on when we make a mistake. Recognize it, put it in check, but don't beat yourself up about it. Learn how to avoid not making that mistake in the future. This is the mystery behind finding yourself in the center. In the center beloved, there is love. I invite you to find that daily anchor every day. So that you can be a lighthouse to the world rather than the storm. I know I say it every day. But I feel it is so important beloved that we realize that we can be that lighthouse to the world. that we can be that shining example. Join me in the prayer for protection.
The light of God surrounds us.
The love of God enfolds us.
The power of God protects us.
The presence of God watches over us.
Wherever we are, God is, and all is well.
I hope you can feel that! I hope that you can understand that it is there for you and I, Indeed!
I love you. I bless you.
I appreciate you.
I behold the incredible gift to the world that you are.
Thank you for your presence in the Garden Of Love. let us close today's session knowing joy, embracing peace, giving love. Go in peace beloved and namaste.
