Greetings beloved, and welcome to the White-Wolf Ministries Meditation podcast - The Garden Of Love.
I am AJ White-Wolf and I will be your facilitator for this guided meditation.
If you have one, I invite you to light your peace candle at this time.
May grace, peace, and abundance be your revelation today.
Grace already exists you do not have to work for it. The same goes for peace it permeates everything.
Let us come together today to find our daily anchor. To ground ourselves in love and rest. It is why we are here in this moment in the power of now.
Your mind will answer most questions if you learn to relax and wait for the answer.

Beloved, whatever you are dealing with today. I want you to know that your mind will answer most questions if you learn to relax. So together let us take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Another deep breath through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Breath in the fullness of love through the nose and exhale everything that it took to get here through the mouth.
Allow your body to be at rest. Allow your mind to sink into the deep. Allow all that is within you to align with the vibration of the core of your being right now. Allow the white light to descend and surround and enfold your entire body. Healing anything you may not be aware of right now. We affirm we declare that we are right and natural as we are in this place.
Beloved we are about to step off into the contemplation aspect of the meditation service. Whatever you are processing, whatever bubbles up in your mind. Don't dwell on it but allow it to process. Allow the still small voice to give you the answers to the questions as you learn to relax and wait for the answer. For right now together we step off into the silence.
(Ten minutes of silent meditative music, followed by five minutes of complete silence.)
Gently bring yourself back to the room in five, four, three, two, one. Welcome Back.
We need time to defuse, to contemplate. Just as in sleep our brains relax and give us dreams, so at some time in the day we need to disconnect, reconnect, and look around us.
I invite you today to find a way to disconnect and to reconnect and to look around you. To reach out to the ones who you love. Maybe even to hold their hand for a moment just to say I see you. Beloved, even though we are in this virtual space. I see you.
Be very gentle with yourself today, so that you may be very gentle and kind to others. We need to love a little bit more each day. Be a lighthouse to the world rather than a storm.
The light of God surrounds us.
The love of God enfolds us.
The power of God protects us.
The presence of God watches over us.
Wherever we are, God is, and all is well.
I love you. I bless you.

I behold the incredible gift to the world that you are.
