Greetings beloved, and welcome to the White-Wolf Ministries podcast The Garden Of Love.

I am Aj White-Wolf and I will be your facilitator for this guided meditation.

If you have one, I invite you to light your peace candle at this time.

May grace, peace, and abundance be your revelation today.

Let us come together to find our daily anchor. To ground ourselves from anything that may come at us throughout our day.

Love is friendship that has caught fire. It is quiet understanding, mutual confidence, sharing and forgiving. It is loyalty through good and bad times. It settles for less than perfection and makes allowances for human weaknesses.
Ann Landers

Let us make room for love. A friendship that catches fire. A friendship for ourselves, a kindness for ourselves. May we give ourselves quiet understanding, mutual confidence. May we share with ourselves, and forgive ourselves. Be loyal to ourselves through the good times and the bad times. Settle for less than perfection today and make allowances for our own human weaknesses. So that maybe, just maybe we can do all of these things for others.

Breath in a love that is a friendship through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Take in another deep breath through the nose and exhale through the mouth. One more time a deep breath through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Another deep centering breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

What are your needs this morning? What is it that you may need for someone else today? I invite you at this time to go ahead and just speak those words out or to say them ever so silently.

These needs are met today, all that is has heard our needs, our affirmations today. In this upcoming segment, I invite you to do whatever it takes. read a favorite poem, read a sacred text, sit silently. Whatever works for you as together we step off into the silence.

(Ten minutes of silent meditative music, followed by five minutes of complete silence.)

Gently bring yourself back to the room in five, four, three, two, one. Welcome Back.

Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love, time is eternity.
Henry Van Dyke

Quote repeats

I invite you to embrace love today. So that time is not too slow nor too swift, nor full of fear. I invite you to love today, so that time is not too long for those who grieve. I invite you to love today so that time is not too short in your rejoicing. I invite you to love today so that time is eternity.

Rumi said we are not a drop in the ocean. We are the entire ocean in a drop.

Oh beloved, be so very gentle with yourself today. So that you in turn may be gentle with others. Love one another today, it is all we got. Allow our heart space to shine and be a lighthouse to the world rather than a storm.

The light of God surrounds us.
The love of God enfolds us.
The power of God protects us.
The presence of God watches over us.
Wherever we are, God is, and all is well.

I love you. I bless you.
I appreciate you.
I behold the incredible gift to the world that you are.

Thank you for your presence today in the Garden of Love. It has been my pleasure to spend this time with you. we close with a sense of joy, peace, and love. Go in peace beloved and namaste.
