Greetings beloved, and welcome to White-Wolf Ministries podcast the Garden Of Love.
I am Aj White-Wolf and I will be your facilitator in this guided meditation.
If you have one, I invite you to light your prayer candles at this time.
I just want to hold you in sacred space for a moment. You are divine, you are beautiful, you are perfect as you are.
May grace, peace, and abundance be your revelation today.
We come together in prayer and meditation to locate and find our daily anchor. That place that gives us solitude, that place that grounds us and centers us. so that we in turn may be able to go out in our day. it is a beautiful thing to be able to do this every day. I am grateful for these abilities to be able to send these out into the universe.
Happiness is not a matter of intensity but of balance, order, rhythm and harmony.
I invite you to locate your balance, your order, your rhythm, and your harmony today. Oh, beloved, you are a magnificent being. see that and hold onto that right now.
Is there anything that weighs heavy on your mind today? is there anything difficult holding you back today? take a deep breath through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Take another deep breath through your nose and exhale through your mouth. one more time, let us connect with our heart space with a deep breath through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
I invite you to speak out whatever you may be dealing with for good or bad. Things that you may be celebrating or things that may be troubling you. speak those words out now or say them silently. Our needs are met today we have been heard by all that is, and divine order exists for all of us. there is no trouble now.
We hold the world in sacred space this morning. we ask that the world leaders would hear our prayers. that the world leaders would feel us as we ask that the world leaders would lay down their swords and turn them into plowshares. That they would feed the hungry rather than take from them. that they would clothe the poor rather than take from them. that they would house the poor rather than take from them, and so it is.
I invite you to do whatever it takes, whatever it takes. To listen to the small voice, the still small voice. As together we step off into the silence.
(Ten minutes of silent meditative music, followed by five minutes of complete silence.)
Gently bring yourself back to the room in five, four, three, two, one. Welcome Back.
What a beautiful day and the reason it is beautiful. I have connected with you in this virtual space.
The delicate balance of mentoring someone is not creating them in your own image, but giving them the opportunity to create themselves.
I invite you today to recognize we don't have to create each other in our image. We can express to each other that they have the opportunity to create for themselves. that they themselves can be Jonathan Livingston seagull and fly ever so high to new destinations, new dreams, new tribes.
I invite you to be ever so gentle with yourself today. To recognize you don't have to mentor yourself. just allow yourself to be, to create yourself. so that you can be gentle with others. I hope that today you are a lighthouse to the world. in the sunny days or the rainy ones, rather than a storm
The light of God surrounds us.
The love of God enfolds us.
The power of God protects us.
The presence of God watches over us.
Wherever we are, God is, and all is well.
I love you. I bless you.
I appreciate you.
I behold the incredible gift to the world that you are.
Go out into the world today and be that gift, amen.
Thank you for your presence today in the garden of love. We close this season with a sense of joy, peace, and love. It truly has been my pleasure to spend this time with you. Go in peace beloved and namaste.
