Good Morning Beloved

Welcome to our Morning Prayer and Meditation Service.
My name is The Reverend Ari-John White-Wolf and I will be your facilitator this morning.

Today we align ourselves with the perfect vibration of the Holy Spirit. This morning we awaken to the very deep connection we have with all that is and each other. Please find a comfortable position. Begin to breathe in through your nose, and exhale through your mouth. Filling the lungs by breathing in this moment we are in, and letting go of anything holding us back. This companionship is forever available, and we are complete!

The Sacred Text from today’s Daily Word  the book of Romans 12:10

-- "Love one another with mutual affection; outdo one another in showing honor.” -

Today in this space: We accept the things we need in our lives.

This morning our objective is to focus on Honor. We observe that we indeed can recognize others without feeling small. We establish for ourselves recognition of being present. Our hearts and minds are meshed with each other, to all that is, and with this awesome Holy presence. Today in this place we are pure. We are given infinite blessings and abilities.

This basic truth is welcomed, as we celebrate the incredible activity of God. That there is but one presence, and one power in my life, God the Good.

I invite you to bring into your conscious awareness the prayer intentions you are holding for yourself or others, and the prayer intentions you are holding for any particular situation or circumstance.

As you bring these prayer intentions into your conscious awareness, we affirm the highest and best for everyone concerned.

I invite you to light a candle in your heart space to represent your prayer intentions. So that we can hold that image in our collective thoughts and prayers. We are together, and we are one, our intentions are heard and accomplished. We are whole.

In this place we seek for the spirit to remind us who we are. Let meaning and hope go out  to our neighborhoods. Our hearts a yearning that none feel alone in your entire city. Let the answers be revealed to all the people of our entire State. Remind our entire Nation who we are. Let no one in the world be lost in the shadows, or caught up in misery.

Let that Love exist into your living space. Let our hearts discover the truth. Open the doors, that we can step through. Remind us who we are. Open now and feel your heart, the power is in you. The answers are all here.

This is the conclusion of our Prayer time.

We now begin our time of meditation.

If during this Meditation you find yourself slipping away from a state of relaxation. Just release it by returning to this state of relaxation simply by focusing on your breath. Let the image that crept in, wash away. I invite you to settle down the mind through the breath. Breathe in through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Breathe in this peaceful calming letting go and exhale any residual energies you may be holding onto. Allowing divine love to flow freely through your body. We are strengthened today, this power is relaxing. I now rest in this peaceful  transition. We are peace in these moments of silence.

I invite you to discover what is yours to do in the silence.

This concludes our time of Meditation.

The theme today is based on the Daily Word it is Honor. I would like to share this closing affirmation with you. I will say it once and then you can repeat it with me.

"I honor all who gave their lives in service to others."

"I honor all who gave their lives in service to others."

Thank you for seeing the importance of Prayer and Meditation. Together we become centered in the vibration and power of God. When we relax ourselves in these moments. We renew ourselves and become recharged. Freeing ourselves to our abundant blessings and true nature.

In gratitude for our expanding right relationship with ourselves, I have a deep appreciation for your dedication to being connected, we close this period of prayer and meditation with a sense of Joy and relaxation. I invite you as you go throughout your day to be present to life and the rest of the world.

I invite you to pray the blessing with me for yourself and for others.

We love you, we bless you, we appreciate you, and we behold the Christ you are!

Go in peace Beloved, Namaste
