A very good morning to you.

Be still like a mountain and flow like a great river, Lao Tzu

Please find a comfortable position. Peace be still and know I am God. Breathe in through your nose, and exhale through your mouth. Peace be still and know I am God. Breathe in through your nose a deep breath and exhale through your mouth. The sacred text for today Psalm forty verses one through three. I waited patiently for the Lord. He inclined to me and heard my cry. He brought me up from the desolate pit out of the miry bog. He set my feet upon a rock making my steps secure. He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God.

Thank you, God, for giving me that new song. Taking me out of the miry clay. For lighting a lamp before my feet. That I would not stumble as I reached out to you. Beloved without rain, nothing grows. We must learn to embrace the storms of our lives. Always know even during the most troubled times that we live in that there is one power and one presence in my life and yours, God the good.

We light a candle in our heart space. A representation of everything that we are working with. The good, the troubled. We pray for so many suffering in isolation around the world. We hold them in sacred space. We Just hold them tight right now. Beloved we have learned through God. We pray for all the businesses and the people around the world who might be suffering financially. That they too would receive infinite blessings. Prepare our hearts and our minds to be gentle with others. Teach us to lay down our swords, to be in service to one another. Lead us to the path of forgiveness for ourselves, for others around us. May they too forgive us for anything we may have done.

May the winds of refreshing move through your space. May the winds of peace. Move through your heart. May the refreshing mighty winds of peace move through your neighborhoods. Through our cities, through our states, through this nation. Yes, even the entire world. Tikkun Olam O God, repair the world through me as I effect one person at a time. Thank you, God, for all that is. This beautiful powerful majestic peaceful day. O God, this perfect peace in the center with the vibration of all that is. May the blessings flow through us and out to others.

Truly we are the light of the world, truly we are the light of the world. Allow that light to flow through you this morning. Allow yourself to be that light. That blessing. Allow God, to bless you. Allow God to bless me, allow God to bless our spiritual leaders. Allow all that is to simply be at peace, be still and know I am God. As we step into the deep in silent meditation. Allow God to talk to us in the silence.

(Ten Minutes Of Silent Meditation)

A few years back. I was wheelchair dependent. I loved to sit at the corner of Williamson street and Ingersoll. Having my morning coffee outside of Mother Fool’s Coffee House. It was A beautiful sunny summer day. It wasn’t too hot, it wasn’t to cool. Just right in the middle, a perfect day. I could see a gentleman from a block away huffing. His strife was one very fast angry one. He crossed the street and got in front of me. I stomped my foot and said “hey.” he stopped cold and in a disgruntled voice said “what.” I pointed up at the sky and said “look the sun is shining.” that angry face melted into a big huge beautiful smile. We can be a light to the world if we choose. An anonymous person said, but my darling there is no such thing as the light at the end of the tunnel. You must realize that you are the light. Thank you, God that I am the light. Thank you, God that you are the light. O this oneness is a pure, pure joy. Everlasting happiness within my soul. Joy like a fountain the song says. So, today’s topic: sing a new song. I will say the affirmation and when I repeat it. I invite you to say it with me. My feet are set upon a rock, my footsteps are firm. Please say the blessing with me for yourself and the entire world. We love you we bless you, we appreciate you, we behold the Christ you are. Together, We love you we bless you, we appreciate you, we behold the Christ you are. Accept what is, let go of what was, have faith in what will be. Please be gentle with yourself if you wish to be gentle with others. Always be a lighthouse to the world rather than a storm. Go in peace beloved, and Namaste
