Good morning, you and I are in the presence of blessings, always forever.
A modern bard wrote. “Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing themselves.” Leo Tolstoy. It is not a great process to change ourselves beloved. All we need to do is connect with our heart space and embrace divine love within. The prophet Micah implores us to do justice, to have mercy, and to humbly walk with our God. I invite you this morning to take a walk with me in the Garden with our God.
Please find a comfortable position. Peace be still and know I am God. Take in a deep breath through your nose and exhale through your mouth. There are so many levels of healing that take place, through the simple act of breathing in through our nose, and exhaling through our mouth. I am truly grateful for all of you this morning. You are in my prayers, I hope that I am in yours. Where two or more are gathered, that is a powerful mathematical equation. I’ve said it before, that each one of us is a string, and God is a string. Through prayer and meditation when we come together, we braid ourselves together into a very strong rope. We are stronger together.
The sacred text for today is from the book of first John chapter four and verse sixteen. God is love, those who abide in love, abide in God, and God abides in them. I pray O God, that this mystery would be revealed to everyone hearing this. That they are with you. You are with them. Thank you, God that we are a part of you, and you are a part of us. It has been said that intuition is when God whispers the answers to you. So, I am here to tell you, that there is but one presence and one power in my life and yours, God the good.
O we light a candle in our heat space this morning, and we celebrate life. As well as we hold anyone in troubled with fear, anxiety, possible depression or physical ailments. Let your Holy Spirit, just love on them.
Prepare our hearts and our minds that we would be gentle with ourselves. That we would stop letting the little things get to us. That we would put both the little things and the big things on the altar before God. Know that Divine Order and providence is in place.
If there be anything in our hearts, and our souls, and our minds that we need to release. Show us O God, so that we might be able to remove unnecessary anchors that keep us from growing. With the same token help us find our daily anchor. That which holds us firmly in the truth of our being. Beloved breath in this wonderful experience of life through your nose, and exhale through your mouth. And know that the second during this upcoming meditations. If your monkey mind takes over, process whatever is coming up. Decide is it something that you need to deal with, or is it something that is not true, and release it and let it go. I invite you dear ones to discover the power of now as we step into the deep, into the very deep into the silence.

Beloved as a minister called of God. It is an honor and a privilege to serve you in prayer and meditation. I do not take this lightly. There are souls on a journey at stake. I recognize this every day. I wake up every day at five thirty in the morning and I hold gratitude in my heart. Then at six o one I hold all of you in my prayers. I lift you up so that whatever you may be struggling with may be dissolved and be released. With that please hold my friend from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania in Linda and her husband Jim in sacred space right now. As they arrive at the transplant wait list clinic. They have been waiting for four long years. He is at the top of the list for a blood type match. We hold you Jim in very sacred space right now. You are surrounded by good intentions and perfect fits. Divine Order create a perfect plan that works best for you.

I am so grateful for the power of now that we can live in this moment. We can accept these things that our teachers in life. Thank you for your presence this morning and being present to life. The more you praise and celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate, Oprah Winfrey. Be gentle with yourself if you wish to be gentle with others.
