Transcript

Welcome to Prayer & Meditation. Love is the most durable power in the world. Martin Luther King said that. It has been said that Love is the absence of judgement. I am so grateful for love. The absence of judgement. Please find a comfortable position. Peace be still and know I am God. Take in a deep breath through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Take in another deep breath through your nose and exhale through your mouth. I hope you know and understand that wherever you are God is. Therefore, all is well with your soul.

I have a long sacred text for today but it is very relevant for everything that is going on in the world. When the pharisees heard he had silenced the sadducees. And one of them a lawyer asked him a question to test him “teacher which commandment in the law is the greatest?” He said to him “you shall love the lord your God with all your heart with all your soul with all your mind. This is the greatest and first commandment. And the second is like it. You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the law of the prophets.”

Thank you, God, that all we gotta do is love. Love for you, love for ourselves, love for our neighbors as well. In the absence of judgement, there is love.

Thank you, God that love is the most durable power in the world. Ray Bradbury said “be your own self and love what you love.” so beloved with that, know that there is but one presence and one power in our lives, God the good.

We light a candle in our heart space. This candle represents all that we are dealing with, all that our loved ones are dealing with. I pray particularly for those living in these extreme times in their isolation. You are already in the room with them O God. Allow them to sense you and feel your presence and your peace.

We pray particularly for the finances of all the people of the world. Including people, I care about who are really struggling right now. Allow for the mercurial to take place. Remove the log jams. Allow the spirit to move freely. Allow proper communication to take place. That these things that are already supposed to be, would come to pass.

I pray for forgiveness for our hearts and our minds as well as those we may have hurt without even realizing we did it. That they too would find forgiveness. Breathe in this moment and exhale the day. Beloved you can return to this peace at any time during this upcoming time of meditation, simply be breathing in through your nose, and exhaling through your mouth.

If during this meditation you possibly are dealing with something a little bit troubling. I invite you to hold your hands out and palms up, in front of you as though as if you are receiving a gift. I invite you to receive that gift in the silence.

(ten minutes of silence)

Cherish every moment beloved, cherish your loved ones with all your heart, with all your mind, with all of your soul. Bog Goff said “love one another, we don’t need more instructions. We need more examples.” I’m asking you this morning to be an example of love.

The theme for today “love is everything.” I will say the affirmation once, and when I repeat it I invite you to say it with me. I shall live my life as an expression of love. I’m so grateful God for this ministry, white wolf ministries that you have been unfolding for me for over a year now. I was blessed to have met Charles R., a homeless veteran on the streets of Madison. As we come together at 12:15 today. Help me and Pastor Amanda with the right words to say. To see the beautiful soul before us Charles, and the beautiful souls that loved him so dearly. His daughter and his mother.

Beloved know that to me, you are perfect, yes you. Please be gentle with yourself, so that you can be very gentle with others. I invite you to be a lighthouse to the world rather than a storm. Please pray the blessing with me for the entire world and for yourself. We love you, we bless you, we appreciate you and behold the Christ you are. Go in peace beloved, Namaste
