Transcript:

What a beautiful glorious awesome incredible day. Welcome so happy to see all of you in prayer and meditation this morning. We continue to grow as we meet together for these sessions.

Please find a comfortable position. Just let your body relax as we slip into the deep. Breathe in through your nose and exhale through your mouth. It is how we always begin our morning prayer and meditation. Centering and releasing. I invite you to take in another deep breath through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Through the breath we reconnect with all that is. God is issing people. Do you feel it? I surely do. We open up our hearts and our minds to the ability of connecting with the Holy Spirit. Releasing, anything that no longer serves us. We are the children of the light.

From the book of Isaiah chapter 40 and verse 31. But those who wait upon the lord, shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings like eagles. They shall run, and not be weary. They shall walk and not be faint.

The Talmudic Rabbinical text. The great teachers imply an addendum to this scripture. That you and God and the rest of the holy people. Strings braided together. Individually as a rope we are strong. But when we entangle ourselves with God, we exchange any weakness for the strength of the great I AM. My modern interpretation. When we come together in prayer and meditation. We not only entangle ourselves with God. We become a part of one another. We are one. Thank you, God. Our cups overflow with joy of the lord. Let your cup fill and overflow. Let those blessings reach out to your neighborhoods, let those blessing reach out to your entire state. Let those blessings spill out unto the entire nation, yes even the world.

We pray for reparations and reconciliations across these lands. That we would find a way to make it a place that works for everyone. That those that feel like their worth is not the same as others. Reveal to them how powerful and wonderfully made they are. Bring financial security to the businesses and the people suffering during these times. Not just with one check. But make it so that they can live and meet their needs. Help us all 0 God, to be a little bit more gentle with ourselves. So that in return we can be just a little bit more gentle with one another.

If during meditation you find yourself, not so much in the center. Recognize it, process it, and if it no longer serves you. Release it through the breath. So go ahead. Breathe in this moment and exhale whatever no longer serves you.

I invite you dear ones to discover the wonderful mystery of it all, in the silence.

(few minutes of silent meditation)

Always remember as you travel throughout your day. That there is but one presence and one power in your life. God the good.

We lift up a special prayer for the Tree Of Life Mission on the Lakota Reservation in South Dakota. May the mission be restored so that they can feed the Indigenous people’s on the reservation. The fire was a terrible tragedy. Let a great phoenix rise from the ashes and discover greater ways to serve the Lakota.

The theme this morning beloved is Strength. I will say the affirmation once and i invite you to repeat it with me. I invite renewed strength and vitality in my life. Together, I invite renewed strength and vitality in my life. Thank you or your presence this morning. For your commitment to swimming around in the deep end of the pool. We close this time period with a sense of joy, peace, and love.

I invite you to say the blessing with me for yourself and for others around the World. Visualize the world beloved as we say these words together. We love you, we bless you, we appreciate you, and o we behold the Christ you are.

Be gentle first with yourself if you wish to be gentle with others. Please be a lighthouse to the world, rather than a storm.

A gentle reminder on August 23rd at Unity of Madison Church. Guest speaker AJ white-Wolf at 10 AM.
