we are here in this place to connect with divine mind. divine love, the center of our being.

please find a comfortable position, feet firmly on the floor.

I am peace, you are peace, together in this virtual space. we are peace. we release anything that would hold us back from our divine nature. breathing in through the nose. a deep breath, and exhale through your mouth. doesn't that feel good? I invite you to do it again. breath in through your nose, and exhale through your mouth. filling in the lungs by breathing in the presence of pure holy love. allowing all that needs to be accomplished to happen. the work is already be done beloved. all we need to do is tap in and plug in and be a part of it. I invite you to unplug from anything that holds you back from divine love. just realease it, let go, and let god.

Sacred text 1 peter 5:7

cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you

I give thanks to all that is. that today i am able to sit in the center with God. that today, the ministering angels surround us. lift us up, provide whatever is needed in this space. right here right now. the great I am knows our hearts. if you hear with listening o spiritual being. You and God and the universe are one. there is nothing lacking, we are complete. whole

we pray for those suffering around the world. we hold them in that perfect light. we know that god is. a favorite minister of mine use to say. God is always issing, and so we ask that God to minister to those in their isolation during this time of pandemic. to comfort them, to hold them in that perfect light. let them feel energy and wellness, physically and mentally. we also pray for financial security to the God that is always issing to both the places of business and the people around the world. provide for them that they would have the means necessary to live.

we light a flame deep within our sacred space right now. to remind us that god is always issing. the great I Am. We let go, we let God.  Where I am God is. So go ahead and breath in through your nose, and exhale through your mouth and allow God. once again, breathing in through the nose, and exhaling of the mouth.

this is the conclusion of our prayer time

we now begin our time of meditation

during this meditation if anything creeps in. You can Let go and let God. simply by breathing in through the nose and exhaling through the mouth. beloved breathe in this wonderful experience and powerful presence. I invite you to discover what is yours to do.

the theme for today is from the daily word Let Go, Let God

I would like to share this affirmation with you. and then you can repeat it with me.

I let go and trust in life's perfect unfolding

thank you for your presence this morning for your commitment to being present to life. we close this period of prayer and meditation with a sense of Joy, Peace, and Love. It is my sincere hope that you are gentle with yourselves and others. consider being a lighthouse to the world rather than a storm.

be free, be free, be happy, be free
you be you i'll be me
be happy, be free
freedom starts within, freedom, freedom
let it now begin, freedom, freedom
be free, be free, be happy, be free
let it now begin, freedom, freedom
be free, be free, be happy, be free.

who so keepeth his tongue and his mouth. keepeth his soul from troubles.
