we are here to locate our daily anchor. that which aligns with the center of our being and allows us to be a light to the world. find a comfortable position. breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth. go ahead again and breath in through your nose, release and exhale through your mouth.

I am a light, you are a light, we are a light to the world.

once again breathing in through the nose and exhaling through the mouth. filling in the lungs by breathing in the presense of perfect pure holy love. breathing in all that needs to be accomplished, and exhaling and releasing all that needs to be released.

Sacred text Joshua 1:9

I hereby command you be strong and courageous. do not be frightened or dismayed for the lord your God is with you wherever you go. Thank you God for your sweet loving presence. thank you for showing us that you never leave us. that you are always with us at all times. that in your eyes we are perfect, complete, whole.

for there is but one presence, and one power in my life God the Good

God knows our hearts and our minds, and God wants us to remember who we are.

we are one with all that is. the great I am.

we pray for those around the world suffering with affliction and illness. we hold them up in that perfect light. see them whole and complete.

those that may be suffering from isolation during these times that we live in. let them know your presence o God. Let them feel you right where they are.

I pray for financial security and well being for both the business and the people. provide a way for all needs to be met.

we light a flame deep within our sacred space. it is a representation of all that is. we know that all prayer needs and concerns are heard today.

thank you God for this mystery being revealed to us. we simply align ourselves with our true nature.

help us to rise up and remember to always be gentle with ourselves with self care. to always align ourselves with that breath of life before we pass it onto others.

breath in this moment and exhale the day

this is the conclusion of our prayer time

we now begin our time of meditation

you an return to peace at moment during this meditation. simply by focusing on your breath and breathing in and releasing whatever may be troubling you. by exhaling through your mouth. so go ahead and breath in this wonderful experience and powerful presence, and release whatever needs to be released.

I invite you beloved to discover what is yours to do.

this concludes our time of meditation

the theme for today is from the daily word it is Will

I would like to share this affirmation with you and then you can repeat it with me.

spiritual understanding guides my will

spiritual understanding guides my will

thank you for your presence this evening. it is my pleasure to spend this time with you. we close with a sense of joy, peace, and love. it is my sincere hope that you are gentle with yourselves and others. consider yourself to be a lighthouse to the world rather than a storm.

I invite you to pray the blessing with me for yourself and for others. we love you, we bless you, we appreciate you, and we behold the Christ you are.

we find love in the center, we find peace in the center, we find joy in the center, we find god

be gentle with yourself, go in peace beloved. Namaste
