Good Morning Beloved

Welcome to our Prayer and Meditation Service.
My name is The Reverend Ari-John White-Wolf and I will be your facilitator this evening.

Today we make the decisions to live in the center. Please find a comfortable position as we begin this prayer and meditation time together. Here in this place we allow our love to grow, it is the mystery of restoration. Releasing all of our fears, they are merely distractions. Take in a deep breath in through your nose, and exhale through your mouth. Filling the lungs by breathing in the presence of pure love. Allowing all that needs to be released, to simply slip away.

The Sacred Text from today’s Daily Word the book of Hebrews 2:13
-- "I will put my trust in him.” -

Today in this place: We are one with everything, each other, and the Holy Spirit.

The Divine Spark is all the proof we need. That there is but one presence, and one power in my life, God the Good.

Sweet loving God, you know our hearts and our minds. Where two or more are gathered, you provide a way for all prayer needs and concerns.

We consider those who are suffering in their afflictions and their isolation. We lift them up and hold them in that perfect light. Collectively we see them all whole and complete. We hold those who may be struggling financially right now because of the economic impact of covid. That business owners would be given the funds to keep their stores open. That those in the workforce would continue to be financially taken care of during this time of pandemic.

We light a candle in our heart space, it is our representation of our needs and concerns. This image in our collective thoughts and prayers. This strength comes from being together, and we are one, our intentions are heard and accomplished. We are whole.

Help us to see that we are the face of God and that our neighbors are the face of God. Reveal to all in this nation that every one of us is the face of God. Let us be the face of God so that together we may be a healing restoration to the World.

Breathing in. We allow our infinite possibilities. We accept that we are greater than what we believe ourselves to be. Today, there is recognition that we are more ok than we realize that we are.

This is the conclusion of our Prayer time.

We now begin our time of meditation.

If during this Meditation you find things intruding your mind. You can make your way back to your heart space by focusing on your breath. Let that disturbance, fade away. Now beloved, I invite you to relax, release, and let go through the breath. Breathe in through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Breathe in this wonderful experience and powerful presence. Inviting the Divine to fill your cup beyond measure. We are the light of love, it is the experience of peace. We are blessed during these moments of meditation, for we are whole.

Relax and enjoy the meditation music, followed by a few moments of complete silence.

I invite you to discover what is yours to do in the silence.

This concludes our time of Meditation.

The theme today is based on the Daily Word it is Trust. I would like to share this affirmation with you. I will say it once and then you can repeat it with me.
"I place my trust in God within and move forward with faith and confidence."
"I place my trust in God within and move forward with faith and confidence."

Thank you for your presence this morning. It was my pleasure to spend this time with you. Together we build our spiritual bodies. When we Pray and Meditate during these moments. We become stronger aspects of joy for the world.

We close this period of prayer and meditation with a sense of joy, peace, and love. It is my sincere hope that you are gentle with yourselves and with others. Consider being a lighthouse for others, rather than a storm.

I invite you to pray the blessing with me for yourself and for others.
We love you, we bless you, we appreciate you, and we behold the Christ you are!

Go in peace beloved, Namaste
