Greetings and good morning beloved. Welcome to our Sunday Morning Virtual Prayer & Meditation Service. My name is The Reverend Ari-John White-Wolf and I will be your facilitator this morning.

During this service you may choose to simply turn off your Screen or Monitor to enhance your presence in this mornings virtual Circle. I invite you to find a comfortable position. To just allow yourself to relax in these moments of centering, Prayer, Meditation, and Spiritual Communion with one another. I invite you to bring into your conscious awareness the Prayer intentions you are holding for yourself and for others, and maybe any Prayer intentions you are holding for any particular situation or circumstance. As you bring your Prayer intentions into this conscious awareness we affirm the highest and best for everyone concerned. You may also wish to light a Candle in your Heart Space to represent your Prayer intentions so we can hold that image in our collective thoughts and Prayers. To affirm the highest and best for everyone concerned.

This concludes our Prayer time. Know that we are safe and all is well within our Souls.

Father, Mother God, make all of us around the world an instrument of your peace.
Where there is hatred, let all beings bring love.
Where there is offence, let everyone around the world bring pardon.
Where there is discord, let all that live and breathe, bring union.
Where there is error, let the Light Bearers bring truth.
Where there is doubt, let us all increase and bring our faith.
Where there is despair, let all the people be there for each other and bring hope.
Where there is darkness 0 God, Shine your light over all the Earth.
Where there is sadness, let the sweet Spirit bring today much joy.
O Master, let the people not seek as much, or demand things of others
God, bless the people of this Earth with the ability to be consoled as to console,
Holy Spirit allow us the Gift of Discernment to be understood as to obtain understanding,
We ask that the Christ show us the way to be loved, and to love,
Let us obtain the wisdom of knowing that it is in giving that one receives,
Release us from our heavy burdens God, that we might find that it is in self-forgetting that one finds,
The redemption of the saints comes through forgiveness; it is in pardoning that one is pardoned,
it is in dying that one is raised to eternal life, may all of us become lights for others during the journey. Amen

We now begin our time of Meditation. We breath in during this time of Meditation to connect with the Divine. Letting in Peace, that my friends is God. If during this time of Meditation you find yourself slipping out of your rest and relaxation. Know that you can return right away. Simply by focusing on your breath. Breath in and exhale until you release whatever is holding onto you. Let go, and let God, be God. We now shift our focus to this time of Meditation. As we shift our focus toward our own time of Meditation. Let us affirm "Peace be still and know that I am God." Be at peace beloved in these moments of silence. I invite you to find what is yours to do in the silence.

(two minutes of silence)

This concludes our time of Meditation. I would like to share this closing affirmation from today's Daily Word with you. The theme for today is Release. I will say the affirmation once and then you can repeat it with me. "I release all that does not contribute to my highest good" together "I release all that does not contribute to my highest good"

Blessed are we who love and do not need to be loved;
Blessed are those who are careful, and does not desire to be feared;
Blessed are individuals who serve as a servant and does not require to be served with servitude;
Blessed are the people of God who behave well toward one another and does not project that others behave well toward them;
And because these are great things, we can all aspire to be wonderful and to do our part to repair the world.

Be well beloved and be someone else's rainbow today.

Thank you for being her today to share this Virtual Prayer space and Meditation time with one another. May we all be present to ourselves, to each other, and to all that is. Amen

(singing acapella)

Be still and know I am God,
Be still and know I am God,
Be still and know I am God.

Thank you beloved, be well.
