Celebration Of Love
Greetings, what a great time for unions and celebration
I was able to perform a wedding ceremony this week. I am so pleased to have been asked to officiate the exchanging of vows between Heather and Keesha. They will be really good for each other.
I was asked to say something at the beginning before the exchanging of vows. I started by quoting Rumi who said "you are not a drop in the ocean, you are the entire ocean in a drop. I then went on to explain the analogy of the braid. Each one of them is a strong rope by itself. But grab the third rope and braid it the ropes that are Heather, and the other that is Keesha. You end up with something even stronger. That third rope is love. This will create a bond of strength that cannot be broken, or frayed and it is the strongest rope in the world!
I explained to them to never allow external people to pull them into their storms. But instead, to pull those people into their peace.
We then performed the ceremony and exchanging of the rings with a loving kiss to seal the deal.
Afterward, I led the small group in prayer and closed the ceremony. It was wonderful.
Heather and Keesha are two beautiful souls who have decided to keep each other safe and elevate each other's greatest potential. I am grateful to know these two beautiful souls

The Two-Spirit People
This week's article is on the Two-Spirit's Spiritual walk. The dance between both the masculine and feminine God Energies. Discovering peace, and sharing that peace too. The article will most likely improve over time as I am still discovering what it is to be a Two-Spirit person.
A little more persistence, a little more effort, and what seemed hopeless failure may turn to glorious success.

Hutch Update
This week was a great week for Hutch. His sister finally tested negative for the bacteria she had. So Hutch and Rosie were able to have a play date together. They really love each other. You can tell that there is a deep bond with them. It still amazes me that they live right across the street.
Rosie's Mama Anna had DNA tests run on her. Through that process, she was able to locate a third sibling named Kit-Kat. I was invited to come to the dog park for a meet and greet. But I just wasn't up for it. I'm sure there will be other opportunities.

Terrible Tragedy In My Apartment Building
If you have been following the news this week. The rather horrific event that took place at Tailor Place happened in the apartment directly below me. I am at a loss for words concerning this. Please keep this community, the mother, and the family in your prayers.
I have had several call me and have counseled and prayed with them too.
I myself have reached out to Unity Prayer Chaplains and Called Silent Unity for support.
Eva Cassidy was an American Singer who played the guitar. When I first heard this version of Over The Rainbow. I was stunned at her voice and how well it floated just above her guitar.
