Good morning beloved welcome to White-Wolf Ministries Prayer & Meditation Service. As always, it pleases me to see you in this virtual space together. As we find our daily anchor and push the reset button for the day.
No matter how small a step, forward is forward. - Mel Robbins. I'm grateful for that. We don't have to run marathons to make things happen. All we have to do is take baby steps forward. Because forward is forward, no matter what we are doing or how we are going about it. We are magnificent human beings having a spiritual experience. We become what we think. So today let us renew our strength with love, peace, and kindness. Darkness cannot drive away the darkness. Only the light can do that, only love can overcome anything.
The sacred text for this morning is from the book of Psalms. Psalm one zero three verses one through five. Bless the lord, o my soul, and all that is within me. Bless his holy name. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and do not forget all his benefits. who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases. Who redeems your life from the pit. Who crowns you with steadfast love an mercy, who satisfies you with good as long as you live so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
I'm so grateful for the crown of steadfast love and mercy. the mystery of that sacred text. we must love ourselves and be merciful to ourselves. so this morning release anything that holds us from our purpose. we allow strength to be renewed like the eagle. there is a Native American folklore about the eagle who talked and talked and never stopped. one day he got to the top of the cliff just talking to all the animals. he tired himself out and laid down and rest. when he awoke he yawned and spread his wing. the wind captured him and lifted him up. the eagle never talked again. renew our strength o God like the eagle. let us yawn after a good rest and stretch our wings, let the wind capture us and lift us ever so high. so that we too would no longer be the talkers.
beloved I invite you to do whatever it takes to listen to God in this upcoming segment as we step off into the silence. to allow God to just speak to you, and not be the talker. as together we step off into the silence.

Shema Yisrael, Adonoi, Eloheenu, Adonai Echad. Hear me with listening O spiritual man. for you and God and the universe are one. I'm so grateful that you and I are one. that God is in the mix, binding us all together in such a way that still allows us the freedom and ability to be who we are.
I'm so grateful that today we have renewed our strength like the eagles. we let out a big stretch and let our wings be captured by the wind and lifted up so high. as you go forward through your day remember you are a magnificent spectacular person. that God is with you wherever you are. If God is with you wherever you are, why not be gentle with yourself? and with others. be a lighthouse beloved to the world. I love you I bless you, I appreciate you, I behold the Christ within you.
