hello and good morning to prayer and meditation. so glad you could join us this morning for the program. we have done one hundred and nine sessions since we began this program during the pandemic. I am so grateful for the continuous support from friends such as you.
Please gather your thoughts, your prayer needs, your prayer intentions. even your joys and happiness. consider this morning that which you most desire in your life. what is that thing that just seems so impossible. that you need to turn to faith and talk to God about. Diving love thank you for this day. thank you that yesterday I had 57 revolutions around the sun. thank you for new spaces that are about to unfold for me. thank you for a healed, whole, and healthy body. Surrender to what is, let go of what was, have faith in what will be - Sonia Ricotti.
This mornings sacred text is from the book of Mark chapter eleven verses twenty-two through twenty-four. Jesus answered them, "have faith in God. Truly I tell you, if you say to this mountain, 'Be taken up and thrown into the sea,' and if you do not doubt in your heart, but believe that what you say will come to pass, it will be done for you."
So beloved as that wonderful captain from star trek would say "make it so." whatever your prayer intention this morning, make it so, God hears you right now. so express that need, I am even going to give you a second of silence to just verbally express what you need. go ahead right now. Thank you God for answering these prayer needs this morning, these prayer intentions. reveal to us the mystery of God in that all we have to do is ask and it shall happen. we receive not because we ask not. so O God where two or more are gathered, you hear those prayers even more so than you already do. we come before you the judge to hear our prayer. to make manifest those things that we need this morning. we have spoken to God and God has answered our prayers. but now it is time for us to go and do that part where we go and listen to God. I invite you to do whatever it takes to hear with listening to whatever God has to say in the silence.

Welcome back, as you know I am very good at sharing my prayer needs and concerns as well as testimony to my victories of what prayer can do as an example of faith. I was going to share a prayer need for the new apartment I am getting. you see i have been in terrible pain without a bathtub. the red tape has been phenomenal. I'm just claiming it right now, that its going to happen. that i will be moved from this side of the building to a quieter side of the building so that I can get rest. that I can settle in with God.
Always remember beloved "The entrance to the sanctuary is inside of you." the mystic poet Rumi.
There is a community of the spirit, join it and feel the delight. drink all your passion. close both eyes to see with the other eye. open your hands if you want to be held. sit down in the circle. quit acting like a wolf, feel the shepherds love filling you. be empty of worrying, think of who created thought. why do you stay in prison when the door is so wide open. move outside of the tangle of feared thinking and live in silence. flow down and down in always widening rings of being. another quote by Rumi
beloved be so very gentle with yourself today. if you make a mistake brush it off, dust the dirt off of the skinned knee. pick yourself back up and hold your head up high. there is no shame. you are a majestic being, a holy priesthood. it occurred to me recently in meditation that one of my mantras of being a lighthouse to the world rather than a storm. can also apply to be a lighthouse and affirm the sun shiny days. go in peace beloved and Namaste.
