ah good morning and welcome to prayer and meditation. It warms my heart to see you in this virtual space. I hope today that you embrace grace, peace, and abundance. Today in this place I see us healed, whole, and healthy. I am so grateful to God that I don't have to work for Grace. that all I have to do and you may do this as I say it, is hold my hands out palms up as though as if I am receiving a gift. The grace is handed to you. The work has already been done. there is nothing that you have to do to fix it. Just allow grace to pour over you right now.
Spirit is an invisible force made visible in all life - the late great Maya Angelou.
Please find a comfortable position. Maybe your feet firmly on the floor. Would you take a deep breath with me through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Take in another deep cleansing breath through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Todays sacred text is from the book of Isaiah chapter 40 and verse 31. But those who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with sings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint. Together we wait on God. Who renews our strength with the river of life deep within the belly. Our feathers are fresh for the flight so that we can fly in the Spirit. Today in spiritual pastures, we run through the tall grass. Like little children who never get weary. We walk this path of righteousness, a path that no one has to come up with a special rule to achieve. It just is. We faint not. Increase our faith o God and our abilities to overcome anything. Like that old song says, I can see clearly now the rain is gone it's gonna be a bright bright sun shiny day. Thank you God for the joy of the Lord within me today. Thank you God for the spirit of life flowing through these old bones. Thank you for upcoming birthdays, I'll be nineteen with thirty-seven years experience. I'm so grateful God that even in the dark night of my soul you were with me. That the God on the mountain is still God in the valley and you carry us when we are to weak. That just deserves an alleluia.
Beloved we are about to step off from speaking to God, into listening to God. So during the upcoming meditation I invite you to do whatever works for you in the silence.

so beloved, I invite you to carry your temple around you. To be drunk on the Holy Spirit. Allow pure joy to rise up within you and shine forth to the rest of the world in such a way that wherever you and I go today. No matter what the anyone we encounter is dealing with... the Spirit of God would move through us and heal us and them. Be gentle with yourself and hold yourself in pure love today. Always be a lighthouse to the world rather than the storm. Beloved I love you, I bless you, appreciate you, I have to say I behold the incredible spirit you are. Namaste.
