Greetings, today let us invoke the awesome activity of God.

If you don't pick a day to relax. Your body will pick it for you. - Anonymous

Please find a comfortable position. Whatever works for you this morning. However you choose to get there. Take in a deep breath through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Take in another deep breath and exhale through your mouth. Just allow the Holy Spirit to connect with you. The sacred text for this morning is from the book of Jeremiah chapter six and verse sixteen. Stand at the crossroads and look, and ask for the ancient paths. Where the good way lies and walk in it, and find rest for your souls. Praise God, is all that we have to do is stand at the crossroads and look, and ask for the ancient paths. Where the good way lies so that we can walk in it. and truly find rest for our soul. Beloved there truly is one presence and one power in our lives. God the good. Allow God the good to manifest in your life today. With the blessings of abundance upon all of us. Thank you god for this powerful ability to just sit in the center with you. Praise God. As we slip into the meditation end of things. Whatever it takes for you to get there. However that may be. Possibly a dream journal or a vision board. Possibly sitting in the silence. listen to whatever the voice of god has to say to you in the silence.

(contemplative meditation)

What a wonderful thing. To be able to sit with God on a Sunday morning. Thank you God. Many times we are like the shoemaker who goes around with tattered shoes, or the barber who goes out without a haircut. Don't forget your own self care. Rabbi Binjomin Scheiman. So true, the scripture says. Physician heal yourself. Praise God. The theme for today is true north. I will say the affirmation once, and then I invite you to say it with me. My compass is love through self care. Together, My compass is love through self care. Whatever you do as you travel throughout your day and throughout your week. be gentle with yourself so that you can be be gentle with others. Always be a lighthouse to the world rather than a storm. It is so easy to be either one. It's always a choice to be a lighthouse, or a storm. Please pray the blessing with me for the world and for yourself. We love you, we bless you. We appreciate you. we behold the Christ you are. Thank you God.
