Good morning, as we always do. Go ahead and just let out a sigh.

Greetings, may grace and peace, and abundance be your revelation today.

Today we come together to find our daily anchor. That place in God that only we as individuals know between our spiritual path and our core centered being. I know of only one duty, and that is to love - Albert Camus

Please find a comfortable position, and take a deep breath in through your nose, exhale through your mouth. Take in another deep breath through your nose and exhale through your mouth. If at any time during prayer and meditation if monkey mind takes over. You can return to that place simply by focusing on your breath.

The sacred text for this morning from the book of Exodus chapter Eighteen verse twenty one and twenty two. The lord went in front of them in a pillar of cloud in day, and in a pillar of fire by night. To give them light, so that they might travel by day and by night. Neither the pillar of cloud by day, nor the pillar of fire by night. Left its place in front of the people.

Bless God all my Soul because I know that wherever i go throughout my day. There is a pillar of light guiding me. Beloved no one can take that away from you. It is yours.  So during this prayer and meditation I invite you to find whatever works for you to center yourself in God. For there is but one presence and one power in my life. God the good. Thank you God. Those of you that know my familiarity with this prayer, it really washes over me when I say those lines. God the good. We are good. Beloved I invite you to do whatever it takes. To listen to whatever it is for you to do today as we step off into that beautiful space. In the silence.

A wise teacher once said "you have to be present to win." I'm inviting you today. that whatever you do. Be present and win. Prayer and Meditation for me is that grounding freeing force that allows my wings to regenerate and flow. Thank you God for that ability. My prayer for you and I today. As we travel in our daily lives. Wherever we may go. Let it be similar to an Apostles story. Where our shadows pass over complete strangers and brings healing to whatever they need. Through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Courage my friends, 'tis not to late to build a better world. - Tommy Douglas

Today's theme was Illumination. I will say the affirmation and then I invite you to repeat it with me. The pillar that guides me is a light of love. Together, The pillar that guides me is a light of love. What a blessing. I invite you dear ones to be very gentle with yourselves today. So that you may be gentle with others. Always be a lighthouse to the world. Rather than a storm. Please pray the blessing with me. Wse love you, we bless you, we appreciate you and we behold the Christ you are. Amen.

I never seen a rainbow, until after rain.
I never known a healing power, until after the pain.
aint never seen the sunrise, until after the night.
I've never known a victory until after the fight.

O beloved, please go in peace.
