Transcript:
Thank you for your patience with me, I got very little sleep last night.
Greetings, may grace and peace be yours in abundance. So grateful that you are with me this morning in prayer and meditation. Today we come together to find our daily anchor. That place that settles the mind and the troubled soul. Thank you God for that daily anchor.
You should surround yourself with people that are good for you and your mental health. People who give you energy, not drain it from you. People who light you up and not those who dim your light. By that famous person anonymous, he writes so many great quotes.
Please take a deep breath through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
We are amazing creatures you and I. Spiritual beings on a physical journey. I am grateful for that.
The sacred text for this morning from the book of Isaiah Chapter Forty-three verses one through two. But now thus says the Lord who created you O Jacob, he who formed you O Israel. Do not fear for I have redeemed you. I have called you by my name. You are mine and through the rivers. They shall not overwhelm you. When you walk through fire, you shall not be burned. The flame shall not consume you.
Truly amazing relationship with God. When we lose all we need to do is reach out to the source who restores us. For you see beloved there is but one presence and one power in my life. God the good. Whenever I pray that it just washes over me. God the good in my life.
Truly in the center there is peace. We live in a world where there is a constant hum. When we tap into the source of God. The hum becomes quite a bit less. I invite you beloved to discover what it is for your to do in the silence. Whatever it takes for you to get where you need to be. Enjoy the mystery.
(Contemplative Meditation)
