Transcript:

Good morning, welcome to prayer and meditation.

May grace and peace be yours in abundance.

Today, we come together to find our daily anchor. I'm so grateful that we can find our daily anchor. That thing that grounds us to the core of our being.

A loving heart is the truest wisdom. - Charles Dickens

Come beloved, let us have a loving heart this morning. To achieve our truest wisdom. Find a comfortable position as we allow peace in our lives. We come together to release, to renew, to center ourselves. So breath in the awesome activity of God and exhale whatever it took to get here. Breath in through your nose and exhale all that the monkey mind has to say.

The sacred text for this morning dear ones. From the book of psalms, psalms one O eight and verse 4. Your steadfast love is higher than the heavens, and your faithfulness reaches to the clouds.

I truly am grateful O God for steadfast love. For this imprinting deep within my soul. I have learned through the years. that your faithfulness is true. Yes, sometimes I act like a child. I become very angry and frustrated. but your patience O Lord allows me to find your grace. Thank you God for all that is in my life.

Beloved there is but one presence and one power in my life. God the good!

Just go ahead and confirm that, affirm that and say "Amen!"

Moses in the folk legends of the Judaic teachings was grumbling about medicine and why he should take them. God said "I gave the herbs and the plants to the doctors and the physicians and I gave them the wisdom on how to use those medicines. Moses never complained again. Thank you God for vaccinations.

So many suffering financially around the world. So many suffering from isolation and burn out from meeting online. Renew us 0 God, restore us O God. That we would have broader shoulders. That we would be able to walk through the day as children of God. Help us to be just a little bit more gentle with ourselves so that we may be gentle with others. Show us the wisdom O God. Give us the path that allows us to lay down our swords and beat them into plowshares. Into the valley of peace we grow flowers and blooms of love. Thank you God for this ability within. Tikkun Olam Great Spirit. Repair the world we pray. We don't pray as people seeking a Genie or a Santa. We pray that you would open our eyes. Let the scales fall to the ground that we can see, how each one of us can repair the world. Allow me to forgive, and allow others to forgive me. The magic of the mystery. Beloved, during this time of meditation. You can return to peace at any time. simply by focusing on your breath. Breathing in through the nose, and exhaling through the mouth. So breath in this wonderful experience of God and powerful presence. As always my sweet dear ones. I invite you to discover what is yours to do in the silence.

(Ten Minutes Of Silence)

Wasn't that wonderful? To just connect with God for a minute. I have heard that in prayer we talk to God, but in the silence we listen to God. I am so grateful for the opportunities to be able to speak to God as well as to be able to listen to God. Such powerful, intricate components. Someone on my twitter feed was talking about medications for anxiety. I'm not cutting down these medicines. they are important for those that need them. I use to be on many. As a result of Prayer and Meditation I no longer need the medicines for PTSD or severe anxiety. I no longer have the daymare flashbacks. I no longer wake up drenched in sweat after a horrible dream. It is because of the breath in prayer and meditation and releasing the monkey mind.

we are all born with a sacred heart. Your only job on earth is to let that sacredness. That holiness shine, this was not a new ideal. What we grasp is a new way of thinking about an ancient idea. - Kenny Down.

Today's theme is steadfast love. I will say today's affirmation and I invite you to say it with me. Steadfast love like a strong river, springs from the depths of my soul. Together, Steadfast love like a strong river, springs from the depths of my soul.

Such powerful medicine, indeed. (laughing)

Beloved it is my sincere hope that you are gentle with yourselves and with others. That today, you would be a lighthouse to the world rather than a storm. Won't you pray the blessing with me for yourself and for the world. we love you, we bless you, we appreciate you, and we behold the Christ you are.

This little light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine.
This little light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine.
This little light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine.
Let is shine, let it shine, let it shine.

Shine on your crazy diamond shine on.
