1 Timothy 5:1-2

"Do not speak harshly to an older man, but speak to him as to a father, to younger men as brothers, to older women as mothers, to younger women as sisters with absolute purity."

Transcript:

What a truly magnificent wonderful beautiful day it is today. Just drink that in for a moment. A truly magnificent wonderful majestic beautiful day.

Beloved please find a comfortable position. Maybe let your shoulders droop a little. Roll your neck around. Ever so gently, slowly.

I invite you to release whatever the monkey mind is holding onto this morning. Take in a deep breath through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Breathing in pure, perfect peace. In the center. This morning we allow room for all that needs to be accomplished by releasing those things that no longer serve us. take in another deep breath through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

The sacred text for today is from 1 timothy chapter five verses one and two. Do not speak harshly to an older man, but speak to him as a father, to younger men as brothers, to older women as mothers, to younger women as sisters with absolute purity.

I thank you, God, for these absolute beautiful human beings. These souls who seek a relationship with the deep. I thank you for the ability to plug in at any time. Your holy presence in this place today is evident we are on a course to have communion with you. You know our hearts and our minds. If there is anything that we've neglected or ignored, and we need to release. Open up our eyes so that we may see. Provide for us the skills and ability to let go and let God. We pray for so many people around the world who are suffering in afflictions right now. We see them whole and complete. Those who deal with the variables involved with this isolation. Sit with them. Hold a conversation with them. Allow them to hear you with listening. We pray for the financial security of both the business and the people. It's a struggle right now. Open the flood gates o God that people might be nourished and well cared for. We light a candle in our hearts space o God and let that flame flicker.  It approves of all that we pray for. That divine love, divine order in all things. Show us how to be more gentle with ourselves. I invite you beloved to take a deep breath in through your nose, and exhale through your mouth. Always remember during meditation, you can return to the center, simply through your breath.

I invite you dear ones to discover what is yours to do in the silence.

(ten minutes of silence)

Peace

Tikkun Olam, repair the world. Tikkun Olam, repair the world. Tikkun Olam repair the world.

For there is but one presence and one power in my life, God the good.

In recent weeks we have been praying for reconciliation and reparations for people of color. I offer this testimony. This week in Asheville North Carolina. They voted to support the descendants of slavery with reparations. Prayer works beloved. Prayer works. I offer this affirmation for you. Today's title is Pilgrimage. I will say the affirmation once and I invite you to say it with me. I am on a journey every growing and developing. Together, I am on a journey every growing and developing.

Thank you for who you are. For all that you are. Thank you. It is my deep sincere pleasure to spend these moments with you. We close with the things of our mind being focused on joy, peace, and love. It is my sincere hope that you are truly gentle with yourselves and others. I have a confession to make. When I'm driving I'm not so gentle with others. I'm going to do my best to change that. I invite you to discover for yourself those things that are not of the light. To release them. We must always consider being a lighthouse for others, rather than a storm. I invite you to pray the blessing with me for yourselves and for the world. We love you, we bless you, we appreciate you and we behold the Christ you are.

It may seem like it's a long road. But it's worth it. go in peace beloved and be well.
