Good Morning Beloved

Welcome to our Morning Prayer and Meditation Service.
My name is The Reverend Ari-John White-Wolf and I will be your facilitator this morning.

Together we are here seeking the activity of God. The consciousness to be ever present to our selves and to one other. I invite you to locate a comfortable position. I invite you to breathe in through your nose, and exhale through your mouth. Gently Breathing in the healing love of God, and releasing whatever may be troubling. This presence is pure and Holy, and we are complete!

The Sacred Text from today’s Daily Word  the book of John 15:11
-- "I have said these things to you so that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be complete.” -

Today in this space: We accept the depths of joy in our lives.

We allow ourselves to let go of any control that holds us back from the center. In our souls there is a calming and soothing relaxation. Our hearts are connected to each other, to all that is, and with this divine order. Today in this place we are peace. We are receiving the abundance of bountiful blessings.

This basic truth is real, as we celebrate the awesome movement of God. That there is but one presence, and one power in my life, God the Good.

I invite you to bring into your conscious awareness the prayer intentions you are holding for yourself or others, and the prayer intentions you are holding for any particular situation or circumstance.

As you bring these prayer intentions into your conscious awareness, we affirm the highest and best for everyone concerned.

I invite you to light a candle in your heart space to represent your prayer intentions. So that we can hold that image in our collective thoughts and prayers. We are together, and we are one, our intentions are heard and accomplished. We are whole.

We breathe in, we breathe out. We take in, We let love flow. We forgive and see all receive forgiveness. We believe in the power of divine nature. We are healed. We are whole. We see the world receive this blessing.

There is no need to rush. We are here. Breathe in, breath out. Breathe in breathe out. No need for worry. No need for fear. We are embraced with the love of the Holy Spirit. I breathe in, I let out. I let go. I know.

This is the conclusion of our Prayer time.

We now begin our time of meditation.

If during this Meditation you find yourself slipping away from a state of relaxation. Just release it by returning to this state of relaxation simply by focusing on your breath. Let the image that crept in, wash away. I invite you to settle down the mind through the breath. Breathe in through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Breathe in this peaceful calming letting go and exhale any residual energies you may be holding onto. Allowing divine love to flow freely through your body. We are strengthened today, this power is relaxing. I now rest in this peaceful  transition. We are peace in these moments of silence.

I invite you to discover what is yours to do in the silence.

This concludes our time of Meditation.

The Theme from Today’s Daily Word is Joy. I would like to share this closing affirmation with you. I will say it once and then you can repeat it with me.

"Joy springs up from within me today."

Together

"Joy springs up from within me today."

Thank you for seeing the importance of Prayer and Meditation. Together we become centered in the vibration and power of God. When we relax ourselves in these moments. We renew ourselves and become recharged. Freeing ourselves to our abundant blessings and true nature.

In gratitude for our expanding right relationship with ourselves, I have a deep appreciation for your dedication to being connected, we close this period of prayer and meditation with a sense of Joy and relaxation. I invite you as you go throughout your day to be present to life and the rest of the world.

I invite you to pray the blessing with me for yourself and for others.

We love you, we bless you, we appreciate you, and we behold the Christ you are!

Go in peace Beloved, Namaste
