Greetings beloved, and welcome to The Garden Of Love.

I am AJ White-Wolf in the Wolf's Den in Madison, Wisconsin, USA and I will be your facilitator in this guided meditation. Let us begin.

meditation on a daily practice is how we find our daily anchor. It is preventative maintenance. The ability to do things that we though we couldn't do. All because we took a moment to find our center, to allow ourselves to be anchored for the day. That is what these practices do. It is preventative medicine, preventative maintenance vs reactionary.

Please find a comfortable position, one that works for you. Know that you are a child of God and there is nothing, nothing that can separate you from that love. Take in a deep breath with me as we center through the nose, and exhale through the mouth, release. Another deep breath through the nose and exhale through the mouth, release. One more deep breath in through the nose. The awesome wonderful activity of God just breath it in, and release everything that no longer serves you. Let go, allow God. Amen.

I invite you to visualize lighting your peace candle within. Peace within, peace all around us, peace on our journey, peace in our lands, peace in our hearts, peace in our hands, peace around the entire world. Be still. Thank you God, Thank you God, Thank you God.

It's not what you look at that matters, it's what you see.

Henry David Thoreau

What do you see for you today? I see a magnificent creature, you can fly. All you need to do is stretch your wings and fly.

Native American legend of the Eagle who was the talker. He talked and he talked all day long until he wore himself out and fell asleep on top of a cliff. He woke up from his nap and yawned and stretched. The wind carried him up so high. He no longer was the talker.

We hold this big beautiful world in sacred space. We pray that the world leaders would stop fighting over real estate. to many people get hurt in the process. Lay down your swords and love your fellow man. Let it begin with each one of us in our every day lives. when we encounter other human beings. Let us see the sacredness of everyone. allow us to recognize that even though we may be incredible different human beings on the outside. We are very much the same on the inside. Do your best to always refuse being drawn into their storms, but pull them into your peace instead.

Beloved in this upcoming segment, I invite you to do whatever it takes to connect with your source. With your core, that you would be able to listen to that still small voice in the deep. In the silence.

(Ten minutes of silent meditative music, followed by five minutes of complete silence.)

Gently bring yourself back to the room in five, four, three, two, one. Welcome Back.

I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

Lucille Ball

I encourage you to go out today, just give it a shot. Whatever it is so that we don't regret what we haven't done. That we do a little bit of self care in that area. Say to ourselves "What's something I have not done in a really long time, that I would really like to do?" for me there is a sacred place called white mound Sauk County park. I haven't been there in a couple of years. I need to just get up on the point. Overlook the lake and connect. Go do something today that is good for you. Don't get caught up in the every day. Set aside those things that are holding you back and move forward.

This will allow you to connect with your heart space in such a way that you will have achieved the center, the core of your being. Be a lighthouse to the world rather than a storm. We can do this, it is not that hard.

The light of God surrounds us.
The love of God enfolds us.
The power of God protects us.
The presence of God watches over us.
Wherever we are, God is, and all is well.

I love you. I bless you.
I appreciate you.
I behold the incredible gift to the world that you are.

Thank you for your presence today in the Garden Of Love. It has truly been my pleasure to serve you. We continue to do this every day from the Wolf's Den in Madison Wisconsin. We close this session with a sense of joy, we wrap peace around us like a warm fuzzy blanket. we allow love in our heart space this morning. Go in peace beloved, and namaste.
