Good Morning Beloved

Welcome to our Morning Prayer and Meditation Service.
My name is The Reverend Ari-John White-Wolf and I will be your facilitator this morning.

This morning, as we should do every morning, we look to find our daily anchor. We are eager to have a positive connection with the Almighty love and grace of the Divine. Right here in the place, we are more than enough. Please find a relaxed location in your seat. Begin to breathe in through your nose, and exhale through your mouth. Filling the lungs by breathing in the awareness of peace. Allowing all energies and situations that may be requiring to be released. This communion is real, we are integrated with the Divine!

The Sacred Text from today’s Daily Word the book of 2 Peter 1:10
-- "Therefore, brothers and sisters, be all the more eager to confirm your call and election, for if you do this, you will never stumble.” -

Today in this space: We receive all perfect things available to us.

This morning our passionate goal is to focus on being eager. We see that we can serve others without losing ourselves. I establish help for myself and for others. All of us are prefect and whole, lacking nothing. Today in this place we are pure and incredible. We are given infinite gifts, and we are capable of great things.

This knowledge, as we celebrate the awesome movement of God. That there is but one presence, and one power in my life, God the Good.

I invite you to bring into your conscious awareness the prayer intentions you are holding for yourself or others, and the prayer intentions you are holding for any particular situation or circumstance.

As you bring these prayer intentions into your conscious awareness, we affirm the highest and best for everyone concerned.

I invite you to light a candle in your heart space to represent your prayer intentions. So that we can hold that image in our collective thoughts and prayers. We are together, and we are one, our intentions are heard and accomplished. We are whole.

(Unity Doxology - Erin McGaughan)

Today we sit in anticipation of our upper room experience. Let rushing mighty winds of change become evident in our neighborhoods. May all in our city feel the refreshing winds of change. Move the breeze of kindness upon the people of our great State. Demonstrate grace and kindness within our Nation. Bring motion of Divine love and flow to the whole world.

Let that Love exist into your living space. Resist not the blessings of the Holy Spirit. Begin for ourselves today, an upper room experience. Show us our individual Gifts from the Divine. We turn away from anything that holds us back. Embracing only the omnipotent experience.

This is the conclusion of our Prayer time.

We now begin our time of meditation.

If during this Meditation you find things invading this state of relaxation. Liberate the mind from it by focusing on your breath. Let the situation that popped up, fade to nothing. I invite you to relax, release, and let go through the breath. Breathe in through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Breathe in this wonderful experience and activity of holiness. Inviting the Divine to fill your cup. We are renewed, this power is cleansing. I now reside in this situation of complete peace. We are blessed during these moments of contemplation.

(Beautiful Relaxing Music for Stress Relief - Soothing Relaxation)

I invite you to discover what is yours to do in the silence.

This concludes our time of Meditation.

The theme today is based on the Daily Word it is Eager. I would like to share this closing affirmation with you. I will say it once and then you can repeat it with me.
"I am eager to serve, to help, and to love."
Together
"I am eager to serve, to help, and to love."

Thank you for your presence this morning. I am delighted to be of service during these sessions. Together we become stronger and centered. When we Pray and Meditate during these encounters. We become new wine skins, filled with powerful expressions of Divinity. Freeing ourselves to our abundant abilities and new strengths.

I am very grateful to be here, to provide this for you. It is an honor to have you present and locating your own daily anchor. We close this period of prayer and meditation with a sense of renewal. I hope that today, that you are gentle with yourselves and with others.

I invite you to pray the blessing with me for yourself and for others.
We love you, we bless you, we appreciate you, and we behold the Christ you are!
