Good Morning Beloved

Welcome to today's and Meditation Service.
We will have a few moments of silence before we begin at 8:30

Greetings may grace, Peace and abundance be your revelation today.

today, we come together to find our daily anchor

  • You may never know what results may come of your action, but if you do nothing there will be no result. - Mahatma Gandhi

Find a comfortable position

Breath in through your nose, and exhale through your mouth.
Filling the lungs by breathing in the presence of...

Breathe in this wonderful experience and powerful presence.

I invite you to discover what is yours to do in the silence.

  • “Being still and doing nothing are two very different things” - words of wisdom from the karate kid.

There was a little girl who was watching her brother hold an alligator, she declined the opportunity to do so. The alligator's keeper pushed her to try holding it. She declined again. Then he remarked that usually, the girls are even braver than the boys and that she must not be feeling brave that day.

The mother took the daughter aside, looked right into her eyes and told her how brave she actually was being in that exact moment. She pointed out the bravery it takes to stand up for what you do or don't want to do, especially when you feel pressured.

The mother didn't need her daughter to be brave enough to hold an alligator. she needed her to be brave enough to stand her ground. brave enough to trust the boundaries of what she does and doesn't feel comfortable with. brave enough to not bend because the world says she should. that is the kind of brave that mother wanted her to be.

it is also what I wish for you today.

Thank you for your presence this morning. It was my pleasure to spend this time with you.
We close this period of prayer and meditation with a sense of joy, peace, and love.

Go in peace beloved, Namaste
