Government
really needs to set an example. It appears that the United States of
America is in severe disrepair. Our political system has allowed
criminals to maintain positions of power. This is not right. It sends a
very strong message to the rest of the world. That our great nation, is
nothing more than rich thugs in power.
People
think that
impeachment proceedings are not good for our country. I disagree, these
political players need to be stopped cold. They have done enough damage
and continute to reap benefits. This should not be allowed. It should
never be ok for a political leader to be caught up in sex scandals or
bribes. This smacks of aristrocratic control. Ancient Rome was a very
corrupt nation. It's senators and ceasers were corrupt and commerce ran
the nation. This is a parallel to our culture.
Elected Officials should be a cut above the rest. They should be
unaproachable with accusations of criminal activities. Anyone who is
discovered to be operate on levels of scandalous experiences. Should be
removed from power immediatly. These elected officials continue to
laugh and mock our great nation every day they stay in thier elected
positions. The American People gave these individuals their trust.
These individuals in turn became the very corruption most of them said
was wrong in Washington.
Recent events in Washington. Involve two Senators
who had seen the
insides of sex scandals. Another activity of questionable
ethical
standards was a Congressman.
Both Senators Vitter and Graig were caught in
sexual misconduct. This
is a very sad thing for American Politics. Senator Larry Craig stated
he would resign from his post. Then immediatly recanted.
Senator Craig Sex Scandal
Recent
important events occurred in the State of Minnesota while a certain
Senator was traveling. The alleged incident claims that Senator Larry
Craig of Idaho was arrested for disorderly conduct in a mens bathroom.
Republicans
from his own party have asked for his resignation. Calling it
disgusting and Disgraceful. Senator John McCain of the State of Arizona
said "When you plead guilty to a crime, you shouldn't serve." This

The
Senator actually had the nerve to publicly address the media and deny
these allegations. Hey Senator! President Clinton tried that, remember?
Why not just admit that you are a liar and cheat and it is in the best
interest of the country that you step down. Ah I know why this is. The
commander and Chief has been getting away with his lies and fantasies
for years now. So why not pretend to be something you are not right?
How
long will the American people allow the right wing family values party
rule? They are as corrupt as any other group involved in politics. It
is time for drastic change to take place. These type of activities
should never be allowed. There should have already been an emergency
hearing held by the Senate. The end result is that this man
should have been removed from power. It is time for change
indeed,
rather than politics as usual in Washington.
Our Government, is
as corrupt as ancient Rome. The very foundations of the American
political system needs to be overturned and reinspected for rotten
smelly criminals. They must be prosecuted, or removed from office, if
they are involved in criminal behaviors.
This is yet another
reason why everyone and anyone who is not a part of the "family values"
club. To get out there and vote. These ridiculous things happen because
not enough people of moderate/liberal position votes. But I guarantee
you most Right Wing Republicans vote. I myself have been in attendance
at fundamentalist churches and have heard pulpits preach that to vote
anything other than the republican party, is a sin. It is time to get
rid of these less than honorable creatures that are in public office.
Senator
Larry Craig will be holding a News conference Saturday. His resignation
will be effective September 30th 2007. Apparently many serving in
Government from his State of Idaho, and from the Federal level have
been pushing him to resign from office. He has been trying to drum up
support from his republican allies and failed miserably at it. I saw on
NBC evening news today that he is angry that his party turned his back
on him. No Brainer there Senator!
CNN
broke the first news report on this latest event to Senator Larry
Craig's fiasco. Members who remained unidentified from his home state
GOP party announced Craig's intentions. The Republican National
Committee was preparing to start some serious steps in calling for
Senator Craig's resignation. They held back when it was reported that
Senator Craig was planning on taking the initiative to resign from
public office.
Reuters
reports that Idaho's Governor will most likely pick a republican to
replace Craig. This won't change the balance of power. Currently the
Democrats control the Senate 51-49. Earlier this week Craig plead
guilty to Disorderly Conduct. He was arrested in June for indecent
behavior in a men's bathroom. The police were conducting a sting
operation in that particular bathroom as a result of the behaviors
being reported.

Senator Craig's own words:
"To
Idahoans I represent, to my staff, to my Senate colleagues, but most
importantly to my wife and family, I apologize for what I have caused.
I am deeply sorry," Craig, 62, said at a news conference.
The Article goes on to say:
Craig,
who was elected to the Senate in 1990, is ending his career after the
revelations on Monday of his guilty plea. He was arrested June 11 in
the men's room at the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport, where police were
targeting public sex.
According to a police report, Craig
entered a toilet stall next to an undercover policeman and tapped his
foot and waved his hand in gestures that the officer said signaled "a
desire to engage in sexual conduct."
I
can't believe this guy thinks he can weasel out of what he did. He
plead guilty in a court of law. He should step down. No more protecting
the perverted right wing family values leaders. It is time they were
all rooted out. If they are doing wrong, then they need to step down.
This is for the good of the country and what a true patriot would do.
It
is time for Senator Craig to do the Honorable thing. Step down Senator,
You had your fun (ha ha) now accept responsibility for your actions.
This isn't the first time the Senator has been in the hot seat over a
sex scandal.
He was part of the three ring circus that went
after page boys.
I
urge everyone to contact their State Senator and demand this man be
removed from office. He is bad for the moral of the country and has
committed crimes in these United States of America. He took an oath of
office and has abused his power.
It is time that the darkness be
ferreted out of Washington. One Person at a time, Senator Larry Craig.
Should indeed be that person.
Senator Vitter Sex Scandal
Here is yet
another sex scandal that happened in Washington recently. Senator David
Vitter of Louisiana is alleged to have been dressed in diapers by
Female Prostitutes in Washington. He has admitted to wrongdoing and
using the call girls. He denies the diaper allegations.
It
is time that these fundamentalist Senators who impose family values on
American society be removed from power. This is just another example of
someone living in a glass house. The "Moral" party is more corrupt than
any other establishment in the United States. It is time for the United
States Senate to bring the corrupt before ethics committees and weed
out those who have are not up to a set of standards. They must be
investigated for any wrongdoing and if the evidence proves their
heresy, or that they are involved with illegal activity. Then they
absolutely must be removed from these high positions of our Government.
To ignore this and look the other way, is to pretend that it never
happened. It is time that Washington once and for all truly raised the
bar. How can these lead our country, when they themselves partake in
things that they claim to be against.
The Washington Post quoted this from Senator
Vitter:
"Several
years ago, I asked for and received forgiveness from God and my wife in
confession and marriage counseling," Vitter continued. "Out of respect
for my family, I will keep my discussion of the matter there -- with
God and them. But I certainly offer my deep and sincere apologies to
all I have disappointed and let down in any way."
That's
A very convenient way to weasel out of the events that unfolded last
July. It should not matter if this man's higher power, or his wife
forgive him. He is in direct violation of the oath of office that he
swore to uphold! He absolutely must be removed from office. It is bad
for the country to allow these repetitive offenders to exist in a so
called prestigious position. Yes the Nation can forgive him, but
politically speaking he should have already resigned from power. Out of
respect for our Nation, we absolutely must discuss and probe these
incidents!
Please contact your State
Senator and request an ethics hearing concerning this man's political
integrity. It is time to raise the bar for Washington. It is this
writer's experience that people for the most part are repetitive in
nature and won't change their ways. Remember the Television Evangelists
fallout? Claiming to have sinned before his creator and man. Then
almost as quickly as the tears came pouring down. He was caught doing
the exact same thing.

Washington, We the people are watching and will continue to write
articles such as this. As long as you the elite and powerful continue
to act in bad behaviors.

What is going
on? Can everyone and anybody break the law in Washington thinking it
just doesn't matter? I am so incredibly confused. This man Congressman
William Jefferson representing Louisiana's Second Congressional
District...
Is
still a Congressman?!*&%
I
wasn't sure if this man was still in office. So I went to the
Representatives page on the world wide web. Sure enough he is still
there. I can't understand why the FBI hasn't charged him with crimes.
Why is this issue been swept under the rug? This is just Criminal. The
man was video taped by the FBI, dealing with an under cover FBI Agent.
Then they found the bribe money broken down into 10,000 increments. The
original amount was 100,000, and 10,000 is un-accounted for.
How
deep does the corruption in our United States Government go? Are
Elections truly free? I've heard of severe problems in Florida and Ohio
during the elections. Kind of makes me wonder. This man should not be
allowed to be a congressman. He was caught red handed.
I implore
you dear reader to contact your congressional leaders and request for a
hearing into the ethics of this man's post. He has broken the law, and
must be removed. Otherwise the cancer continues to grow and prosper in
Washington. Killing what once was a truly a great nation.
It
seems that I am Pro Democrat, I hope that you can see that I am not.
Yes some of my past blog reports are against republicans. I haven't
seen anything as horrid as this Particular Democratic Representative
has done. It is time for his removal from office. This was first
reported in May of 2006?? what the?
